Prerequisites: Can swim at least 200 meters. Can swim, superman crawl, backstroke, low backstroke, correct breaststroke legs. Can dive, jump, float and tread water in the deep end.

These teams are for children who can swim across lanes, jump, dive and move freely in the deep.

We refine swimming techniques towards a stable swimming style, that can be used over longer distances.

Swimming Strokes:
We are working towards a finished crawl with rhythmic breathing to the sides and composed breaststroke with rhythmic breathing. Backstroke and low backstroke are maintained.

Students must also economize on their forces water through small swimming series.
